WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?
Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) is a way of talking or communicating with the body to determine if there are any imbalances. If the body is not in perfect health then there will be imbalances.

An imbalance can be a pain, a restriction of movement, an unwanted reaction, any blocks or limitations on what you want to do.

HOW DOES IT DO WORK?
Kinesiology uses muscle testing check if specific muscles are working properly. For example the knee muscles may not work properly when thinking about a stressful situation leading to the knees shaking.

The Kinesiologist places your limbs into specific positions and then applies a light pressure. The quality of response to this pressure determines whether or not the muscle is working properly.

HOW CAN IT HELP?
Kinesiology has a whole range of techniques to correct any these imbalances leading towards better health.
